to Hawaii's most authentic luau, a nightly celebration featuring delicious
Island fare and an all-Hawaiian luau show.
The evening begins with a nightly torch lighting ceremony, lei greeting and
traditional Hawaiian Imu Ceremony, as Kalua Pig is prepared in an authentic
Imu (underground oven). A complete luau feast includes an all-you-can-eat
Polynesian buffet and an open bar through out the evening.
